Hamal is available at the Temple of Dibella in Markarth. Be advised, the temple is a few levels up, past the Temple of Talos. Hamal is inside the inner Sanctum. I need to pick an expert level lock in order to get to her, and then I had to complete a quest before her services were offered. After fast traveling, to forward up the stairs, veer left past the Temple of Talos, immediately go left up more staircases, and you will find the Temple.

I have a wonderous way to train four skills at once and still profit from it. It is a long term method and takes fullest form mid game. The first thing I do when I start the game is immediately start collecting Iron, Silver, or Gold ore. I later head into a bandit camp north of Whiterun where the Transmute spell tome is located. This spell is stupid expensive to cast, so non magic characters find lots of problems with this tactic. During my down time between offloading loot or traveling between quests, I Transmute my iron into gold.
I'm now training Alteration, which is great because i use lots of Magic Armor spells. Jewellery gives more xp than iron daggers, the more widely known way to train Smithing. Then, I enchant all my gold rings with Fortify Carry Weight. I Sell them as I can, they're pricey, but light enough that i can still adventure with a few dozen left. Lots of soul gems used, but i also use Bound Weapons with the Soul Binding Perk, sooooo filling soul gems is literally as easy as one well aimed arrow.
It takes a VERY specific character to effectively use this method, but it absolutely tramples all others I've seen, as it trains 4 skills actively, gifts you loads of spare septims, and leaves you at Enchanting at lvl 25 which skilled enchanters know that this practically makes you a god Although, buying so many empty soul gems eventually weighs a t o n. The strength of the enchantment on the item does not affect the strength of the enchantment learned by disenchanting it.
Disenchanting destroys the item but grants permanent knowledge of the base enchantment, allowing its use when enchanting. Some items cannot be disenchanted to learn their effects, including Quest Items , Daedric Artifacts , Amulets of the Nine Divines , Thieves Guild Armor , and many, but not all, items with unique names. Staves also cannot be disenchanted. It should be noted that some enchantments such as Banish Daedra , Fortify Destruction , Paralyze , Fortify Sneak and Absorb Health produce remarkably more valuable enchantments which can be turned around and sold to buy soul gems and other raw materials to accelerate the leveling process.
